Yoga is a practice that connects the body to the mind and, emotional and spiritual self in order to achieve an ultimate state of well-being.
Therapeutic yoga is an adaptation of traditional yoga that is designed for people recovering from or living with chronic pain. Therapeutic yoga intends to complement and enhance the benefits of Western pain care, and assist individuals in pain to attain improved health through yoga practices.
This class will allow you to move gently in order to heal your body while learning simple and effective pain management skills.
The benefits of therapeutic yoga include:

-an opportunity to quiet the mind and the body in a busy world
You do not need strength, flexibility, or yoga experience to benefit from therapeutic yoga, just a willingness to improve your pain.
Classes are small (6 participants maximum) to ensure a safe, personalized experience.
Class times (8 week sessions):
Friday’s 12:10pm – 1:00pm
1 class per week for 8 weeks: $280 ($35 per class)*
