Rates
Specific rates are dependent on many factors such as the type of service, duration of appointment, whether you are a new or existing client, or which therapist you are seeing.
For accurate rate information, it is best to call our office at 604-263-4414. Our caring reception staff would be happy to speak with you about pricing and answer any questions you may have.
WorkSafeBC
Claim number and supporting documentation must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment. If your claim has been accepted by Worksafe BC, there is no user fee. Please note: you are responsible for the full payment of all private fees, until the claim is accepted. Once the claim is approved, the paid fees will be reimbursed.
ICBC
We offer a comprehensive package to help with your post-accident injuries.
MSP
User fee: $40 for each treatment (maximum of 10 treatments per calendar year). In the event that MSP does not pay for any reason, you must agree to settle and pay the full outstanding amount in your account that MSP does not cover.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment has been booked for you. Out of respect for your therapist’s time, we require you provide at least 24 business hours notice.
Our late cancellation/missed appointment fees are:
30 minute appointment — $80 cancellation fee
60 minute appointment — $160 cancellation fee
For same day changes, there will be no charge, unless we are not able to accomodate your requested change.
