HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING COVID 19
We are in this together. Thank you for helping us to keep you, our staff and our community safe by following these steps.
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CLINIC
Step 1 - Complete the COVID 19 Self-screening questions, before coming to the clinic.

If you answer “YES” to any of the questions, please do not come to the clinic. Call us immediately @ 604-263-4414.
We will instead book you for a virtual visit to be able to help you remotely.
STEP 2 - Please use your home washroom prior to visiting the clinic.
Public washrooms are closed.
STEP 3 - Who and What to Bring
Please do not bring anyone else to the clinic with you, unless pre-approved. Please also leave unnecessary personal items in your vehicle or at home but do bring shorts or appropriate clothing for your session with you.
STEP 4 - Time to Come In
Please remain in your car until 2 minutes before your appointment time. Just prior to your appointment time please enter the building. If you have a mask, now would be the time to put it on. If not, we will provide you with one at the reception desk.
STEP 5 - Read the STOP Sign
Please STOP and read the STOP sign. If you answer NO to all questions, please continue up to the up to second floor. Please obserave our “Elevator Etiquetter” if you intend ot use the elevator. If you’re able to, consider using the stairs instead.
WHEN YOU ARRRIVE ON THE 2ND FLOOR
Step 1 - Entre the clinic following the "ENTRANCE ONLY" sign
STEP 2 - Sanitize
Sanitize your hands at Reception (sanitizer to the left of reception). If you do not have a mask of your own, we will provide you with a surgical mask.
All patients must wear a mask at all times while inside the clinic.
STEP 3 - Follow Directions
you will be directed to your treatment room. Please follow the arrows as we are now using a “one-way traffic” system in the clinic. Please wait for your therapist in your treatment room
STEP 4 - Treatment Room
Your therapist will meet you inside your treatment room. Please wait here.
STEP 5 - Post Treatment Session
Following your treatment session, your therapist will re-book you for your next appointment/s.
STEP 6 - Exit to Reception
Please follow the arrows to reception and complete the payment for your session. Please use the “tap” funtion if paying with a credit or debit card.
STEP 7 - Exit
Please exit the clinic following the “EXIT ONLY” signs. Please keep your mask on until you reach your vehicle or exit the building.
AFTER YOUR VISIT
STEP1 - Stay Safe
Please stay safe, wash your hands and manage your circle of contacts.
STEP 2 - Exposure?
Should you become exposed to COVID, or suspect you may have been, or develop signs and symptoms of COVID, please let us know immediately, for the safety of our staff and other patients.
STEP 3 - Virtual Visit
If you have not been able to come to the clinic for any reason, we would love to instead help you with a virtual visit, as we’ve been doing with many clients
STEP 4 - Referrals
